SMART Communications welcomes story submissions from local unions, members and affiliates that highlight the work, pride and impact of SMART members across North America. Submissions may include organizing wins, project milestones, community service efforts, apprenticeship achievements, member profiles, retirements, awards, safety accomplishments, political or legislative action, and other stories that show SMART members making a difference on the job and in their communities.
Story Submission
Whenever possible, submissions should include the who, what, when, where and why of the story, along with high-quality photos, names and titles of those pictured, and contact information for follow-up.
Selected stories may be featured in SMART’s digital platforms, social media channels, newsletters, videos or the SMART Members’ Journal.
